General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the purchase of tickets (“Tickets”) for the concert
"Anúna - A Mystical Christmas", organized by the Urbanusbauverein e. V.
(“Organizer”).
Ticket sales are conducted via the Eventfrog platform. By purchasing a ticket through Eventfrog, a contract is concluded between the buyer and the organizer.
2. Non-profit Status of the Organizer
The organizer is a non-profit association within the meaning of the German Tax Code.
Revenue from ticket sales is used exclusively to finance the concert and to support the association’s statutory purposes. No profit motive exists.
3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of the event on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to submit an order via Eventfrog.
By completing the order process on Eventfrog, the buyer submits a binding offer.
The contract is concluded when the purchase is confirmed by Eventfrog on behalf of the organizer.
4. Prices and Payment Methods
Ticket prices are indicated on Eventfrog and include statutory taxes and, if applicable, advance booking fees.
Payment is made via the payment methods offered by Eventfrog.
Payment processing is carried out exclusively by Eventfrog.
5. Delivery of Tickets
After a successful purchase, the buyer will receive the ticket in electronic form (Print@Home or Mobile Ticket) via email from Eventfrog.
The buyer is obliged to keep the ticket safe and present it upon entry.
6. Right of Withdrawal / Return
According to § 312g (2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for tickets to leisure events.
Return or exchange of tickets is excluded unless the event is canceled.
7. Cancellation or Rescheduling of the Event
In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, the ticket price will be refunded according to the terms of Eventfrog.
Further claims (e.g., for travel or accommodation costs) are excluded.
8. Admission and House Rules
Admission to the event is only permitted with a valid ticket.
The organizer exercises the house rules and is entitled to refuse entry or remove persons from the event if necessary to ensure safety or enforce the house rules.
9. Liability
The organizer is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
In the event of injury to life, body, or health, the organizer is also liable in cases of ordinary negligence.
The organizer accepts no liability for lost tickets.
10. Data Protection
The processing of personal data in connection with ticket purchases is carried out by Eventfrog. The organizer only receives information necessary for conducting the event (e.g., booked tickets, participant lists).

11. Final Provisions
German law applies.
Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
The place of jurisdiction, to the extent legally permissible, is the registered office of the organizer.
