Refund Policy

We're pleased that you've purchased a ticket for the Anúna concert at our church. Please note the following refund conditions:

 

1. No right of withdrawal

Please note that there is no statutory right of withdrawal for the purchase of tickets to leisure events according to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Therefore, a return or exchange of purchased tickets is generally excluded.

2. Refund in case of cancellation of the event

​

• If the event is cancelled by the organizer, we will fully refund the ticket price.

• The refund will be made automatically via Eventfrog to the payment method used at the time of purchase.

• Any pre-sale or system fees charged by Eventfrog will be treated according to their terms and conditions.

 

3. Refund if the event is postponed

• If the event is postponed to another date, the tickets remain valid.

• Purchasers who cannot attend the new date are entitled to a refund of the ticket price.

• Refunds will be processed via Eventfrog.

 

4. No refund for non-appearance

• If the buyer fails to appear (e.g. illness, personal incapacity), there is no right to a refund.

• However, it is permitted to pass on the tickets to third parties.

 

5. Cancellation of the event

• If an event has to be cancelled after it has begun due to force majeure (e.g. power failure, extreme weather, official order), there is no right to a refund if a significant part of the concert has already taken place.

 

6. Processing the refund

• Refunds will only be issued through Eventfrog as the ticket provider.

• The buyer will be informed of the refund process via email.
